The Chapter held its Installation Meeting at the James S Webb Centre in Stourbridge on what was a very special evening.
This was the last outing for the Deputy Grand Superintendent, E. Comp. Michael D. Cox, PGSwdB after 5 years in office and the 3rd Provincial Grand Principal E. Comp. Steven Middleditch,PGStdB at the end of his year. He was also asked to present 2 Supreme Grand Chapter Certificates.
E. Comp. John Yeates, PAGSoj, (Past 2nd ProvGPrincipal), was Inducted into the office of MEZ and E. Comps. Ellis Salsby and Richard macey into the H & J Chairs respectively.
With some 33 Companions in attendance and with three Exaltees proposed on the night and another in the pipeline. The Chapter is blessed with a number of capable and experienced PZs and their future looks assured.
At the end of the evening E. Comp. Tim Jones, PGStdB, 2nd ProvGPrincipal, Deputy Grand Superintendent Elect presented E. Comp. Mike Cox with a book signed by all present – 200 Years of Royal Arch Freemasonry in England 1813-2013 by Yasha Beresiner – and a framed photograph taken when appointed DGS five years ago.
