Archway - shaping success for the Royal Arch and the future of our Chapters

In line with the 7-yearstrategy for Freemasonry and to assist in re-establishinga thriving membership,Supreme Grand Chapter has recentlylaunched “Archway”, which is a resource designed to help Royal Arch Chapters shape their future, grow their membership and enhance each member’s experience. It is based on extensive research of what our members want and what works well in successful and thriving Chapters.
Many of the challenges thatChapters face are different to Lodges. Archway is not a simple translation of the Members’ Pathway into the Royal Arch, and therefore has been developed separately. Archway aims to help Chapters become more vibrant and enjoyable, so that every Companion looks forward to their next meeting with enthusiasm.
The Provincial MembershipTeam will be organising meetings in the near future where Archway can be presented to Chapter representatives with a Q&A session to address any matters the Chapters may wish to raise.
Meanwhile, I encourage allChapters to explore Archway which can be accessed via the link and QR code below, so that members have an appreciation of the structure and its content prior to the meetings taking place. Likewise for Chapters to be receptive, and to embrace this opportunity of change to secure and enhance the future of the Royal Arch
