Phenix is to be Promoted to the rank of Past Junior Grand Warden and our Second Provincial Grand Principal, Deputy Grand Superintendent Designate, is to receive a First Appointment as Past Assistant Grand Registrar.

These will be conferred at the April Meeting of Grand Lodge.
