The 724th Regular Convocation of the Chapter will be held at the James S Webb Freemasonry Centre, Victoria Street,Stourbridge, DY8 1SP.on Wednesday, 25th October 2023 at 5:30pm.
The main items of the Agenda are:
To ballot for Exaltation of Bro John Laurence Goudge age 51, Raised on the 7th of November 2017 in Harmonic Lodge No 252. Proposed by E Comp M J Pickett seconded by E Comp R Crew.
To Exalt Bro John Laurence Goudge if the above ballot proves in his favour. The Mystical Lecture to be given by E Comp A C Bolton.ProvDC.
This will be followed by the presentation of Grand Chapter Certificates to Comps Darren Serrell and Jason Mann
In accordance with Statute 48, (BoC), there being no other nominations and unless a Ballot is called, to Declare Elect the Three Principals for the ensuing year:- ‘MEZ’ - E Comp M J Pickett; ‘H’ – E Comp E J Green; ‘J’ - Comp W E Roberts and Treasurer E Comp. D M Edwards.
To propose that, The Chapter donate a sum of £5,000.00 to Stourbridge Masonic Management Ltd., ringfenced for the replacement of the Central Heating Boiler of the James S Webb Freemasonry Centre, when it is replaced.
